    Pennytel have blocked Nimbuzz voip application.But can try Fring on your iPhone, any other Phone supporting SIP orYou can also directly go for Pc to Phone calls from Pennytel, voip account. 

    Since it is offering free calls ,some times the call may not connect at a single shot due to high load.so try again and again.Don't except to  have good voice quality but still worth to try since it is free to make the calls.
