Its not allowing to make calls to pakistan for 40 min.It just allows 10 min to pakistan.Can you check with rebtel ,,are they allowing 40 min to certain countries ?

They are allowing to call to any country.Did u got 40 minutes bonus when u sign up.Make the call again and check.I think they should not be any problem.If u have problem again then leave a comment.
